Employee pay and accounting reports for construction

Set how each employee is paid, add only the amounts you need and prepare a reviewed period for your accountant. Attendance, base wages, bonuses and allowances can be used independently.

How the workflow works

  1. 1

Choose monthly, weekly or every two weeks, with a reference date where needed. Set an hourly rate or a fixed employee amount. Hourly pay is a calculation method, not a payment frequency.

  2. 2

Add bonuses, per diems, allowances, advances, deductions or other amounts without forcing a base salary. Keep currency and declared gross, net or internal basis explicit. Approved hours are needed only for attendance-based calculations.

  3. 3

Check the report per employee, close the period and retain its saved copy. Download Excel or send it to an authorized accountant when your modules permit. Keep different currencies separate rather than adding them as one total.

Availability depends on your plan, active modules and permissions. Company accounting exports require the accounting reports module. Subcontractor access has separate capacity and activation rules.

Practical questions

Can we record bonuses while tracking attendance elsewhere?

Yes. Manually entered amounts can be used separately. A wage calculated from approved attendance needs those hours, but standalone bonus or allowance entries do not. These reports are preparatory records, not certified payslips for every country.

Reports prepare data for an accountant; they do not transfer wages or submit tax returns. Your accountant checks taxes, collective agreements, overtime entitlements and posted-worker rules for the relevant countries.
