The plan sets company features and limits. Roles and permissions determine who can use them and which records they see. A larger plan does not give employees access to colleagues’ wages.
The company administrator manages the company and its own employees’ pay. The accountant has financial access according to permissions. Team leaders manage team attendance without colleagues’ wages. Employees see only their own records. The subcontractor administrator manages only their subcontractor team and pay. The master administrator has recorded support access.
Own = the individual only. Team = assigned team members. Assigned projects/worksites = only those assigned to the user. Company = the whole company within the permission. Viewing does not grant editing, approval or export.
Included = part of the displayed plan. Not included = may require an add-on or another plan. Subcontractor packs have separate capacity and access. Company data and subcontractor wages stay separate. Effective availability also depends on feature activation and subscription dates.

Any active or archived worksite whose data is still stored on the server occupies a slot.
Archive the worksite, download its complete package, then confirm deletion. You can also buy an additional retained worksite slot.
Yes. Active-person slots, extra worksite slots and 50 GB storage packages can be activated separately and remain visible in the subscription area.
