Can I try WorksiteCore before paying?
Yes. The trial lasts 30 days, so you can create the company workspace, invite the team and test a real worksite flow.
Is the price charged for every user?
No. Plans are billed per company and include 10 active people in Start and 30 in Business. Extra active-person slots can be added separately.
What happens when a project or worksite is completed?
Archive it and download the complete package. After download, choose whether to delete it and free the slot or keep paying to retain it on the server.
Can PDF, DWG and DXF plans be viewed in WorksiteCore?
Yes. PDF files open in the browser, while DWG and DXF drawings can be opened in the application with pan, selection, measurement and fit-to-view controls. Authorized users can also download the original file.
Can I see which tools each employee is carrying?
Yes. Inventory can be followed by company, worksite and employee, with assignment, handover, expected return, actual return, condition and item history.
Where do photos taken in the app go?
Before sending, the app asks for the project and worksite. The photo is then placed in the corresponding Photos folder instead of becoming an unassigned upload.
Can we use our own approval process?
Yes. You can start with the recommended workflows and create custom steps, reviewers and outcomes for your company.
Can every employee see everything?
No. Roles, permissions and assignments control which projects, worksites, files and actions each person can access.
