WorksiteCore is supplied by FVE OLTENIA S.R.L., CUI 45884977, J16/750/2022, cu sediul în Str. Mihail Bîrca nr. 3, Craiova, Dolj, România. Customers remain responsible for submitted information, invited users and access rights.

The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access or content without rights. We take reasonable continuity and security measures without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.

The customer decides whether to enable punctual GPS verification or identity photos and is responsible for employment-law and data-protection compliance in every country where the worksite is located, including documenting the applicable basis and necessity, informing workers, consulting representatives and completing an impact assessment where required. The features must not be enabled before those steps and may not be used for continuous tracking or solely automated sanctions or pay decisions.

The acknowledgement recorded in the platform proves only the customer administrator’s declaration and is not legal advice, certification or legal authorisation from WorksiteCore.

Features and limits follow the accepted offer. Customers must export required data within the communicated closure period. Contract questions: office@worksitecore.com.
