Construction time tracking for crews and subcontractors

Record who worked, where and when. QR or manual attendance, assigned worksites and supervisor review connect your field crew with the office, without requiring employee salaries.

How the workflow works

  1. 1

Assign people and responsibilities. Configure the worksite attendance policy and its timezone; the interface language does not change the recorded timezone.

  2. 2

Workers clock their own shift. Authorized supervisors can record their assigned crew. Open shifts finish at their original worksite, with duplicate protection and a reviewable record.

  3. 3

Review open, pending and approved entries before using totals. Approved hours can feed pay reports when needed. Subcontractors can export their own attendance with dates, breaks, timezone and approval status.

Availability depends on your plan, active modules and permissions. Company accounting exports require the accounting reports module. Subcontractor access has separate capacity and activation rules.

Practical questions

Can a team leader see everyone’s wages?

Attendance access does not grant wage access. Team leaders see records and actions allowed by assignments and permissions. Workers see their own permitted records. You can use attendance without entering wages, bonuses or allowances.

Reports prepare data for an accountant; they do not transfer wages or submit tax returns. Your accountant checks taxes, collective agreements, overtime entitlements and posted-worker rules for the relevant countries.
